Our client, a leading Law firm, is looking for a Reward and Benefits Specialist / Manager to lead the operational delivery of their Reward and Benefit activities, within a 13-month maternity contract.
Are you a dynamic professional with a strong background in Compensation and Benefits?
You will be working within a highly collaborative team, responsible for managing and delivering a wide range of Reward and Benefit initiatives, focusing on both Lawyers and Business Professionals.
Work for a charity in London as a Social Media Manager (9-12 months maternity cover, £45,000 - £55,000 pro rata, hybrid working).
Your key duties
To develop and lead the implementation of the organisations social media strategy to further raise the profile of the organisation and drive up positive engagement - setting aims and objectives and scoping opportunities for greater influence and outreach.
To oversee the creation of social-first content across all existing channels (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) and create a consistent narrative that appeals to a diverse range of audiences.
