We are looking for passionate SEN/SEND tutors to join our mission and help transform the lives of vulnerable learners.
We have multiple positions available for qualified SEN/SEND tutors who are enthusiastic about providing 1:1 tutoring to children and young people with diverse learning needs.
Our approach is creative, flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed, aimed at raising engagement and improving educational outcomes.

The charity was born after discovering an untapped need, support, and common purpose amongst other families in Poole and Bournemouth facing similar challenges.
Supporting and co-delivering with autistic people and people with learning disabilities.
To coordinate all our training.
Duties
Deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatary Training on learning disability and autism; Tier 1 (online) and Tier 2 (face to face) to health and social care staff in various locations across Dorset.
