As the Office Accommodation Manager, you will lead on efficient space planning across the corporate property portfolio.
About the Role
You will ensure the corporate property portfolio is well equipped to meet staff requirements and procure office furniture and design office furniture layouts where necessary.
An Area Manager is required for this growing Self Storage company to join the team and manage operations across several of their sites within the M4 corridor
You will be organised, focused and able to hit deadlines.
You will have strong man management skills, able to build strong relationships with your team, drive revenue through operational efficiency and motivate team members.
We are a leading facilities management company providing a range of both standalone and integrated services including cleaning, catering, security, technical services, energy management and compliance, front of house, landscaping, logistics, waste management and pest control services.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week
