Corporate Property Manager

About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for optimising property assets? As the Corporate Property Manager, you will lead the charge in efficient space planning across our corporate property portfolio. Your role will involve ensuring that our properties meet staff requirements, procuring office furniture, and designing office layouts as needed. You'll also develop a centralised system for managing office moves and re configurations, leading these projects to successful completion. A thorough understanding of space standards is essential to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead changes to the workplace environment across the corporate property portfolio.
  • Identify and manage projects to optimise the use of property assets.
  • Conduct property reviews to assess and improve the utilisation of the corporate estate.
  • Develop and implement a central booking system for office reconfiguration and new space/layout requests.
  • Collaborate closely with the Property Team, Future Workplace Team, and Facilities Management colleagues to manage corporate property accommodation changes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contractors/suppliers to procure necessary services and equipment.

About You

We are seeking a confident professional with experience in spatial planning and office space utilisation. Your ability to analyse property data, draft and upload floor plans, and communicate effectively will be crucial. You should excel at finding compliant spatial solutions and maximising the potential of property assets.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ideally, a degree or equivalent experience in leading space planning projects.
  • Experience in a senior space planning position within a corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of project management for office moves and space standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advanced AutoCad and IT skills for data recording and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in analysing property data systems and spreadsheets.
  • Experience in budget and supply chain management.
  • Understanding of the broader corporate landlord agenda, estate management, sustainability, and asset utilisation.
  • Knowledge of property and health and safety legislation.
  • Advanced analytical skills for space analysis.
