This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premier hotel group dedicated to providing exceptional culinary experiences and a high standard of guest service.
You will be responsible for a dedicated kitchen brigade reporting to the Executive Chef in this award-winning restaurant producing dishes across a seasonal menu.
Fine dining HEAD CHEF required for our client, located in the outer East Grinstead area.
You will use the very best of British grown, reared and sourced produce.
- Lead the team to ensure tasks are appropriately allocated and food preparation activities are delivered using standard recipes and in line with Aramark brand standards.
- Oversee the retail, coffee units and restaurant outlets whilst leading your team to success.
- Maintain integrity of the standard Aramark food offer, responsible for maintaining food quality and integrity of items at all times?
