Our client is looking for a Sous Chef for their stunning events venue based in the Sussex countryside, you will be supporting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and managing a small team of Chefs.
The venue caters for events of up to 300 at one time, cooking food at a 2 Rosette standard.
Sous Chef - up to £40k plus £8k in tips - Arundel, Own Transport, Sunday and Mondays off, Thursday nights off.
4 split shifts plus one day shift, however we will give an extra evening off at least twice a month and will also grant requested days off for weddings, family parties where possible.
Sous Chef - £30k to £32k plus tips - 40/45 hour week - 3 evenings off per week, own transport, finish in the kitchen by 9pm during the week and latest 9.30pm/10pm on a Friday and Saturday night, Sunday finish latest 5.30pm.

Own transport required and you MUST be living and working in the UK.
