Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Kitchen Assistants & more- Sussex Area £16.50-£18.50
We are looking for Chefs to cover busy periods & ongoing bookings specifically in Private/State Schools across Sussex.
Enhanced DBS & drivers are highly desired but not essential.
Locations include Cobham, Oxshott, Cranleigh, Crawlet & more.

Daily responsibilities will vary depending on your job role but can include;
- Working with head chef to maintain kitchen organisation and staff ability
- Providing guidance to junior kitchen staff members
- Supervising all kitchen stations
- Overseeing and organising kitchen stock and ingredients
- Assisting chef with menu creation
- Leading the kitchen team in head chefs absence
- Cooking and preparing high quality dishes
- Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
Enjoy weekly pay, competitive rates starting from £15.00p/h going up to £18.00p/h and opportunities of temp to perm.
