The Role
Working as part of the Recoveries team, responsible for managing a portfolio of Latent Defect Insurance Recoveries cases on behalf of the client, working with clients, policyholders and property developers to achieve successful settlement results.
Insurance - Recoveries Claims Handler
Key Activities
You will report to and be supported by the Recoveries Team Manager (RTM).
Generate monthly stock and sales reports, including forecast accuracy, aged stock, excess stock reports, stock provision, POS reports, and KPIs.
Manage a team of 3x inventory analysts, conduct appraisals, manage performance, KPIs, bonuses, and handle absence/sickness and disciplinary matters within the team.
