Demand Planning Manager

This role is ideal for an analytical thinker with a passion for data and reporting, who is driven to inspire value-added change through a continuous improvement approach to inventory management.
Day to Day of the role:
- Manage a team of 3x inventory analysts, conduct appraisals, manage performance, KPIs, bonuses, and handle absence/sickness and disciplinary matters within the team.
- Generate monthly stock and sales reports, including forecast accuracy, aged stock, excess stock reports, stock provision, POS reports, and KPIs.
- Execute month-end processes, including sales forecasting and policy settings review.
- Draft reports, analyse stats and report findings to management with improvement suggestions.
- Carry out annual forecasting
- Represent Supply Chain in product launch meetings.
- Monitor commercial specifications to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
- Implement and oversee the S&OP process, coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Document processes and procedures, including training supply chain staff for continuity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong leadership, time management, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
