Role
Assisting junior members of staff with their caseloads where possible.
Manage a caseload of Housing Management and Anti-Social Behaviour cases, caseload will also include Residential cases such as rent recovery, but you will be acting for Housing Associations and other residential Landlords.
The prime role of the Family Solicitor is to earn fees by advising on a wide variety of Family and Children law matters including both private and public, and to assist in building the Family Law portfolio.
