As an IT Technical Support Officer at CrossReach, you'll provide hands-on support to staff across the organisation, helping with a range of technical issues and ensuring everyone has the tools they need.
Working with the Systems Support Engineer, you'll also play a role in setting up and maintaining hardware and software, including Microsoft 365, as well as supporting new software rollouts.
You'll run the helpdesk, troubleshooting issues both remotely and in person, setting up user accounts, managing passwords, and ensuring smooth operations.
