Barnardo's Kickstart Futures Service; Floating Support for Care Leavers in Sutton.
Barnardo's, in partnership with The London Borough of Sutton, is providing a floating support service for Care Leavers with low to medium levels of support needs.
The service provides floating support to Young People across a range of properties located within the borough of Sutton, as well as a small number of Young People based elsewhere in the community, mainly around The London Borough of Sutton and neighbouring boroughs.
The Supported Accommodation Kickstart Futures service.
Currently supports young people across the London Boroughs of Sutton and Croydon, who are living either in specified semi-independent properties or elsewhere in the community.

To undertake statutory social work with children who are Looked After, providing support, assessment of their ongoing and changing needs and interventions which will secure their welfare.

Cranstoun are seeking a Vape support who would be responsible for facilitating the development of Vape support programmes for young people in the London Borough of Sutton.The role will be focusing on providing information and support to students in local secondary schools and will include offering individual support to young people who wish to quit vaping using psychosocial approaches, behavioural change technics, treatment, advice and support.
