Cranstoun are seeking a Vape support who would be responsible for facilitating the development of Vape support programmes for young people in the London Borough of Sutton.The role will be focusing on providing information and support to students in local secondary schools and will include offering individual support to young people who wish to quit vaping using psychosocial approaches, behavioural change technics, treatment, advice and support.
You will be improving accessibility of Sutton's Stop Vaping Service through the pro-active promotion of the vaping cessation programme and referral pathways amongst colleges, alternative providers and those that access the Sutton Here4YOUth service.

You should have experience of working with young people and their families and possess a clear understanding of what their needs are, as well as knowledge of smoking cessation, drug and alcohol use.
