Barnardo's, in partnership with The London Borough of Sutton, is providing a floating support service for Care Leavers with low to medium levels of support needs.
The service provides floating support to Young People across a range of properties located within the borough of Sutton, as well as a small number of Young People based elsewhere in the community, mainly around The London Borough of Sutton and neighbouring boroughs.
Manage social work caseload of more complex nature and with high levels of autonomy.
Provide professional supervision of other Social Workers, supporting caseload management and promoting reflective practice and continuous professional development.
Provide expert professional and technical advice to other Social Workers, managers, colleagues, and partners.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Worker 2 to join our Kickstart Future service on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2025.
Empowering Learning is looking for Lunch Time Care Worker to work in a SEND School based in Croydon, between the hours of 10am -2pm.
This will include supporting children with eating their food, coordinating activities outside, supervising their behaviour and assisting with personal care when needed.
You will be responsible for overseeing the pupil's lunchtime meals and activities.

About the Role and Team: This is a specialist Senior Practitioner role, which includes supporting and managing staff in timely assessing cases for closure, transfer or step down to Early Intervention Services.
Staff within this project team, will not be working or overseeing proceedings, PLO cases or even CP.
Liaise internally and externally and work with colleagues from other agencies to ensure children and young people's interests are supported.
The Team Manager will undertake assessments, determine care packages/support plans and manage a range of the most complex caseload to maintain or improve the well-being of children and young people.
Plan, deliver, and oversee referral interventions for a complex caseload and where appropriate review cases.
