Position Overview
As a SEND Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised care and support to children with SEND.
You will work closely with experienced team members to create a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of each child.
You'll provide support and advice to young people who have experienced homelessness and other forms of social exclusion.
£23,278 per annum
You'll work within our client's team to manage the day-to-day running of the young person's 24/7 supported accommodation scheme and be the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
