Job Title: Support Worker

Pay: £12 - £18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to adults and children with complex needs, including challenging behaviours.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
- Utilise effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and other Stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a mental health care setting within the UK.
- Enhanced children's and adult's DBS with subscription to the update service.
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Computer literate with proficiency in basic software applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
