The Childrens Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub is a team of professionals from a range of organizations and agencies who work together to protect children who may be at risk of abuse, harm or neglect.
You will need to make an informed decision the team share and gather information from partner agencies, children and their families.

Represent the local authority at mediation and First Tier Special Educational Needs and Disability (SENDIST), under the direction of the EHC Team Manager, and act as the single point of contact for parent carers and their representatives.
Providing expert advice to colleagues and the wider partnership regarding SEND legislation, in line with the Children and Families Act 2014, Education Act 1996, Equality Act 2010, SEND Regulations 2014, Care Act 2014, Children Act 1989, Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970, and any developments in disagreement resolution, mediation and Tribunal Procedure Rules, supporting legislatively compliant practice.
Attend disagreement resolution meetings with parent carers and relevant professionals to settle disputed issues without the need for formal legal redress wherever possible.
