To undertake statutory social work with children who are Looked After, providing support, assessment of their ongoing and changing needs and interventions which will secure their welfare.

Tripod Partners are seeking a qualified and experienced social workers to join a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
As a MASH Social Worker, you will work within a structure of 3 MASH teams, aligned to 3 Team Managers.
The MASH is the 'front door' for all new referrals for children who may need early help support or children's social care intervention, making important decisions about which services children need.
Provide professional supervision of other Social Workers, supporting caseload management and promoting reflective practice and continuous professional development.
Manage social work caseload of more complex nature and with high levels of autonomy.
Provide expert professional and technical advice to other Social Workers, managers, colleagues, and partners.
