We are looking for caring and passionate support workers to provide personalised, high-quality care and support to elderly individuals to enhance their independence in the community.
Responsibilities include building trusting relationships, visiting service users at home, offering personal care, support with cooking and household tasks and emotional support aligned with their care plans, and collaborating with professionals for coordinated service delivery.
We are currently recruiting for a Schools Family Support worker to join the Early Help Service to support vulnerable children, young people and families in the Liverpool area.
This position is
36 hours per week.
initial 3 month contract with the possibility of extension.

The ideal candidate will have proven clerical experience, be a team player and be able to work with set timeframes within a pressurised environment.
Applicants will be expected to have excellent word processing skills, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word with experience of minute taking in a formal setting with the ability to take clear and concise notes.
