Responsibilities of this role:
- Professional supervision of Social Workers and Care Navigators.
- Day to day operations including case management, case advice, guidance and discussions, chairing strategy meetings, supporting s42 enquiries and working closely with the Team Manager to ensure effective and safe care and support to all individuals and staff.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Substantial post qualifying experience working within Adults Social Care.
- Supervisory/management experience.
