The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a construction environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to provide technical expertise on all aspects of building maintenance and surveying, including preparation of detailed specifications, planning and monitoring work, and contribute towards the Asset Management Plan. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Prepare detailed specifications for allocated projects, undertaking the preparatory, planning and monitoring work necessary to meet the individual requirements of each project or scheme. Carry out stock condition surveys and contribute to the development of the Asset Management Plan and Investment Strategy.
