We are seeking surveyors to assist with a 12-month project in the Derbyshire area. The roles involves basic Stock Condition Surveys.

Description
- Conduct stock condition site surveys and produce detailed reports.
- Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage project documents including plans, reports and correspondence.
- Participate in project meetings and provide insightful input.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.
Profile
A successful Surveyor should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as surveying, construction, civil engineering or property.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible approach to work
- Reliable and motivated
