The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the condition of buildings, identifying defects, managing dilapidations and providing expert advice on a number of different matters.

The ideal hire will likely be a career minded Chartered Surveyor with a QS/BS background and ideally a minimum of 12 months experience in a development monitoring.
