The Shift manager will take responsibility for up to 10 Warehouse staff and provide support to peripheral operations at the customer premises.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising and reporting upon the work activities of the team; providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training, and development.
You will be expected to manage end of line processing, loading of trailers, transportation to off site trailer exchange facility and associated communication with partners.

The Site Supervisor will be based in to cover Reading.The Site Supervisor will be working on arrange of surfacing projects such as Highways, Retail, Rail, Aviation, Commercial and Defence.
The Site Supervisor will be implementing and promoting the company health and safety policy whilst supervising surfacing works and assist the Contracts Manager in day-to-day management and delivery of the project.
