Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Manufacturing Shift Manager - Nights (6pm - 6am x 3 nights weekly rota).
The Manufacturing Shift Manager drives performance, productivity improvements and develops both machine and staff utilisation lowering the company's cost per unit (CPU).
This role is responsible for managing the shifts manufacturing process and production meeting all cost, quality, delivery and safety targets set by the Company, efficiently and consistently.
The Shift Manager will lead the production teams to ensure safe, compliant and efficient production within deadlines and agreed cost restraints; by effectively managing, organising and planning the production resources, equipment, materials and labour.
