Running a range of different, fun and exciting activities including musical, days out, exercises classes, visiting the local community.
You'll work in a team to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins and cleaning wash rooms/toilets, offices and accommodation areas.
To create and maintain a quality standard to the agreed specification within set time limits within a specific area.
To lead a team of employees to provide domestic service to the contract, managing teams employed to ensure efficient and effective service provision in line with agreed service specifications.
Monitor and report on the quality of the domestic services within the contract, to include innovation in service delivery.
- To handle customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- To ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department.
