Service Care Solutions are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Coordinator to join London Borough of Redbridge's Children's team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head of Service and management team in providing a high-quality service to the community.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain good referral pathways and relationships with key stakeholders in the department and in the community.
Customer Service Coordinator will work within the Confirmatory Typing (CT) team of the department, managing the coordination of pre-testing for bone marrow and peripheral blood stem cell donations.
The Customer Service Coordinator works as an integral member of the Donor Request Management Department, supporting the coordination of stem cell donations with unrelated donors.
This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling blood tests, reviewing results and liaising with international stem cell registries.
Ideally coming from a Facilities Maintenance background with a strong logistical background, the incoming Helpdesk Coordinator will provide excellent customer service, liaise with engineers & subcontractors, liaise with clients and complete daily administrative tasks.
