Customer Service Coordinator

OA are working with a well-established distribution business, searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

  • Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm / 9am – 5.30pm
  • £23,000 per annum
  • Permanent
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Hybrid working after probation, Training & development, health & wellbeing support, discounts & vouchers

Customer Service Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a number of customer accounts
  • Follow customer requirements to create job instructions for timely dispatch
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and suppliers
  • Prioritise and escalate emails as needed
  • Handle administrative tasks and utilise in-house systems

Customer Service Coordinator - Skills and Experience:

  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Willingness to learn & develop
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Good level of Maths and English at GCSE – Grade 4 / Grade C or higher
