This London based Local authority are looking to engage the services of an experienced Customer Services Manager for their council housing homes repair team.
Primary duties will include:- Lead the housing resolution customer support team, available to provide back office administration, first tier escalation, inbox management and support with complaints & member enquiries.
Applicants must have acquired previous managerial experience coupled with significant experience of running a high performing multi-channel housing centre.

Manage the overall responsibility for Responsive Repairs, Voids, Disrepair, Complex Repairs, Damp and Mould and Depot management along with transformation of the repairs service including all related budgetary expenditure
Provide effective management and leadership of the repairs teams in delivering a highquality repairs service to the residents of Haringey council housing portfolio, meeting organisation customer satisfaction and operational targets.
Ensure that directly employed staff delivering the repairs service meet strategic objectives and commercial targets, to deliver a reliable and VFM service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct line management, supervision and approval of reablement plans for up to seven reablement staff, including SWs, Reablement Officers, and Social Care Officers.
They will also be responsible for case direction and recording case directions, performance management, and reports to the reablement Team Management.
