We are representing a company, based near Alfreton, who are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. Conduct credit assessments on new and existing customers. Proactively communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and ensure timely payments. Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in credit control. Ability to hit the ground running without the need for extensive training. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in using credit control software and Microsoft Office. Confident in picking up the phone and speaking with customers. Working Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8.30am-5pm Friday: 8.30am-4.30pm Location: Fully office-based near Alfreton, Derbyshire.
