To support the Deputy Facilities Manager in leading a team of Team Leaders, cleaning, catering, portering staff and sub-contractors to deliver a fully integrated facilities service, managing the teams to ensure efficient and effective service provision in line with agreed budgets and service specifications.
About The Role
Monitor and report on the quality and financial performance of services within the scope of the contract.
The Service Manager is responsible for delivering Service User centred care; through the efficient management of staff delivering services and to ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (weekend work required)
