My client currently is a supplier into a London based Law Enforcement agency, supplying a full PMO team solution working on a Digital transformation programme.
My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Contract Management Improvement Consultant on a Contract basis.
The role will implement improvements where required at an individual contract level, as reviewing & recommending how the management of contracts should be organised across the Directorates.
We are currently recruiting for one of the UK's Leading FMCG companies for the role of a Service Improvement Analyst.
It's an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device!
This is a project role to help bridge a gap whilst the company appoints numerous permanent headcount to their team as part of a scale-up of their CRM ops team.
Of course, it also means there's potential for you to consider this opportunity on a contract to perm basis as well.
It's therefore likely to be an initial period of 3 months, with the likelihood of extending, based on the time it takes to appoint and onboard the permanent headcount required.
To ensure complaints are dealt with and responded to within time frames and monthly targets are met.
To ensure that all duties are being carried out satisfactorily and to the required professional standard and the processing of payments and invoices as required.
