A top global organization is looking for a temp resource the ServiceNow service.
In this role you will provide
- support for the ServiceNow platforrm
- agile development capability
- Subject Matter Expert consultancy and guidance
Key tasks include:
- Assist platform owner with BAU support for request, incident and change
- Ensure platform knowledge is maintained
- Assist platform owner with the development of stories in the backlog
- Participate in sprint planning, review and prioritisation of requirements
- Provide lead development capability for delivery of sprint stories
- Assist in agile development story management
- Attend daily huddle meetings to review BAU and Dev status
- Provide best practice consultancy to all stakeholders
- Assist platform owner and process manager in developing control and governance reporting and dahboarding capability
- Assist CMDB manager in implementing Hardware Asset Management
- Assist in creation of offshore MSP team capability
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in similar position
- ITSM
- IRM/GRC
- Integration experience
- CMDB / Asset / HAM
- Nice to have - SecOps, Performance Analytics, CSM and VR
