Working as part of the Customer Data Change of Tenancy team, the role will interface between the Shared Service Centre (SSC) and the back-office operational teams to ensure our customers and partners receive the highest standard of service at all times and that performance levels are achieved.
In this customer facing/operational role you will be responsible for the management of the change of customer process, ensuring all allocated sites have appropriate terms of supply and any changes are recorded accurately.

Previous experience in a Service Advisor position is essential, as you will be the first point of contact for the Service Department and as such you need to have an excellent level of communication and presentation.
Hourly rate between £18.00 and £20.00 per hour - 45 hours per week
- As a Service Advisor you will the first point of contact for customers in the Aftersales department, you will check vehicles in and out, liaise with your customers ensuring the best possible customer experience and securing future work as necessary.
