Our client, a prestigious world class events venue, are looking for a professional, experienced Service Desk Representative with exceptional customer service skills for an ongoing, temporary assignment.
The Service Desk Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring all visitors and contractors have a positive experience on site.
Previous experience in the events industry would be advantageous, however not essential.
The Directorate PA will provide a full and comprehensive administrative service to the Head of Operations/Directorate Management Team and manage and co-ordinate the administration in the Secretariat, ensuring the most efficient and effective use of resources.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm
