The role reports directly to the Service Desk Manager and will be the first point of contact for our employees' incidents and problems.
An ideal candidate for this role will have high levels of customer service, we will provide extensive training to ensure you can deliver the technical side of the role to a high standard.
Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to work at their City Centre location on a temporary basis for up to 4 months (possibly longer).
Duties will mainly comprise of general administration and data entry and those with a customer service background would be preferred.
Working 37 hours per week, between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday
