The business comprises circa 100 employees across 3 sites, delivering IT and Consulting services to businesses across London and the South.
Core areas of expertise are IT consultancy, Support and Cloud service provision (primarily Microsoft stack), to SME's in the Accountancy and Professional Services sector.
We have just taken on a brand new role for a retail business and are looking for Senior IT service delivery managers, or service delivery managers that are heads of department.
The successful applicant will be working closely with the CTO to ensure seamless service and running of the business from a technical standpoint

About the role

Ensuring the quality of IT Services delivered, managing stakeholders, risk and ensuring adherence to Company standards and practices.
Liaise with business members to ensure IT Support aligned with business needs.
Acts as a strategic partner to the VP, IT Manager - Group IT Services & Operations regarding delivery of London, Zurich, Lichtenstein and Singapore IT Services and related services.
This role involves utilising staff, contractors and available resources to deliver exceptional service aligned with management contracts, leases, service level agreements and related requirements.
The Block Manager will be primarily responsible for the efficient oversight and administration of assigned developments.
Achieve delivery targets by working with customers to identify employment opportunities and support them into and during employment.
Support customers to address their barriers to employment by individual tailored packages of support so they have the necessary skills and confidence to secure and sustain employment.
