Your day to day can vary from recliners to footstools - you'll be ensuring a customer's furniture is in pristine condition and ready on the vans for delivery and having a laugh with your colleagues along the way!
Our fantastic Warehouse team works hard behind the scenes, ensuring all goods are labelled and stored correctly and all line checks are completed accurately and efficiently.This role isn't just about unpacking and loading, it takes pride and attention to detail!

The Administrator role is a crucial support to the teams throughout the CDC, you would be supporting with the administrative tasks- using our in-house stock management systems, taking inbound calls from our drivers and problem solving anything needed within the depot.
Achieve delivery targets by working with customers to identify employment opportunities and support them into and during employment.
Support customers to address their barriers to employment by individual tailored packages of support so they have the necessary skills and confidence to secure and sustain employment.
Be the coach and mentor and be the principle highly trusted contact to build strong positive relationships, guide, motivate, challenge, encourage and help customers obtain sustainable employment.

The good news is, you don't have to have any experience- As long as you have a Driving Licence with less than 6 points, we can give you all the training you need!
