The Logistics manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of Support Services operations. This includes effective contract management, leading and developing a high-performing team, driving process improvement initiatives, and facilitating communication and collaboration across the organisation. The successful candidate will have the following: Previous experience in Logistics and contract management with a demonstrable understanding of staff management, training and development. Proven track record of carrying out risk assessments and implementing safety controls. Previous experience in a customer-facing role . Excellent computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Teams, advanced use of Excel) and the ability to produce accurate work. The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional approach to providing an efficient and effective service at all times. If that sounds like you, this may be the role for you!
