Junior Project Manager

Are you passionate about leading projects to success and ensuring client satisfaction? Our client is looking for a dedicated Junior Project Delivery Manager to join our team and oversee the seamless execution of client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery:

  • Planning & Monitoring: Plan projects, monitor progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Governance: Define project governance arrangements in line with best practices to client needs.
  • Team Coordination: Work with the Resource Management team to appoint project team members.
  • Quality & Timeliness: Ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services on time and within budget.
  • Third-Party Management: Oversee third-party contributions to projects.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage internal and external communications with project stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Handle risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies for successful project outcomes.
  • Progress Reporting: Report project progress regularly to the appropriate governance bodies.
  • Scope Management: Manage project scope and implement effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Financial Control: Proactively manage project budgets, track costs and revenue, and ensure timely invoicing for completed efforts.

Business & Client Relationship Management:

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with account/sales managers, directors, and consultants to support the planning and delivery of client projects.

Delivery Excellence:

  • Adherence to Framework: Follow delivery framework and manage delivery risks through documented processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure effective quality assurance and overall project integrity.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, expenditures, and costs against delivered outcomes.
