A top finance firm based in Cheshire are ready to welcome someone who can assist with all things admin! What we are looking for: Maintain client records and our internal system. Process new business applications, joiners, leavers, and changes. Liaise with insurers and internal stakeholders. Process policy renewals. Check and process renewal data. Review and verify quotes. Issue membership documents. Check and issue annual renewal accounts. Answer client queries and provide an excellent customer experience. Prepare reports for senior stakeholders. Ideally you will have experience of working in Employee Benefits and will have knowledge of products such as Private Healthcare, Group Risk (Life, Income Protection and Critical Illness), Private Dental, Cash plans and Group Pensions (all or some experience in these benefits would be beneficial).
