Overall Purpose
We are seeking a self-driven and highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our Service Team, primarily covering the Midlands Region.
The role involves attending site visits to support client service calls, assist with installations, commissioning, and audits, along with providing on-call assistance.
Providing exceptional service to each customer by focusing on meeting their needs through courteous attention to detail and timely follow-up on all requests and issues.
Liaising with all customers, consumers and our Sales team via phone and email, providing an efficient and professional after-sales service.

A well established consultancy firm is looking for a Customer Service Representative Advisor to join their team on a 6 months contract with possibility of extension
As an Infrastructure Support Engineer you will be a strong problem solver with great communication skills who has experience resolving complex infrastructure issues and dealing with escalations.
You will feel comfortable remotely diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving tickets in relation to issues with customer infrastructure such as Networking issues, Firewall configuration and storage solutions along with proven experience in dealing with windows server infrastructure.
The ability to work in a high paced environment is essential.
