This is full-time position at 37.5 hours per week, with a bit of flexibility paying £22 per hour via an umbrella company.
Homeworking is available offering 3 days work from home and 2 days in office.
The client is looking for previous experience of rent and service charge processes and basic accounting principles.

Service Charge Officer The Service Charge Calculations Team (led by the Service Charge Calculations Manager) calculate and invoice annual service charges (including building insurance and ground rent), shared ownership rent and other leasehold recharges across a residential and commercial portfolio.
Maintain accurate service charge accounts on the council's housing management system including creating and closing accounts, maintaining admin units and service usages (for the coding of service charges), processing charge adjustments and managing suspense accounts.
Develop and maintain knowledge of the legislation and best practice in relation to residential leasehold management.

Experienced Service Advisor - Franchised Dealership £38,000 OTE per annum
As a Service Advisor you will be friendly and professional and will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership.
Your duties will include
dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of courtesy cars; and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicle.
