Venn Group are working with a Housing Association, who are looking to recruit a Rent & Service Charge Officer to start as soon as possible.
The successful Rent & Service Charge Officer will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, who take pride in staff development and retention.
Title: Rent & Service Charge Officer
Location: London
Salary: £38,000 pa
Hours: Full time
Contract: 6 months
Duties:
- Take responsibility for rent and service charge accounting
- Prepare and review monthly reconciliations
- Work collaboratively with budget holders during the annual rent and service charge setting process
- Deal with queries and complaints
Systems / Qualifications:
- Housing experience is preferrable
- Excel Spreadsheets
