Our Engineering client based in Barton Under Needwood is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join the team with an immediate start..
The remit relates to a portfolio of material provision (S&T, Repairs and ad hoc Overhauls).
The role
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading a Customer Service Team, who typically deliver customer interactions across multiple channels to support sales and margin growth in line with the company's strategic growth plans.
To provide a helpful, professional & efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the Customer Service Centre; across all contact channels, using the appropriate telephony system and social care case management system.
The shifts are Monday Friday 5:30pm 11:30pm and Sat/Sun 8am 11:30pm.

The Service Delivery Co-Ordinator's main duties include supporting Managers with planning all aspects of the repairs, voids and planned maintenance works, dealing with residents, operatives and sub- contractors, working with the IT systems, managing operative's diaries and general administration Team.
