Our client, a thriving Managed Service Provider who deliver solutions through IT Support, Infrastructure and Networking support are looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer who will serve as the first point of escalation from the 1st Line engineers and handle more complex incidents and service requests.
We are currently looking to recruit an IT Support Technician for a well-established Managed Service Provider based in Central Lancashire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on site and remote technical support to clients as well as being the first point of contact.
