The Senior Housing Support Worker is responsible for providing housing-related support to vulnerable individuals, facilitating successful move-on outcomes, and promoting independence.
40 hours per week, Shift pattern - Monday - Friday 8am-4pm / 2pm - 10pm 1 Saturday a month

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You'll need to have
Worked as a carer previously in the UK (Preferably atleast 3 months experience) Experience working closely with families of the supported (Preferred) Experience managing cerebral palsy would be beneficial but not essential Experience working with brain injuries would be beneficial but not essential Full UK drivers license is MANDATORY to be considered for this roleClinical experience would be beneficial but not essential, as you will potentially have to assist with various duties as well as personal care.
