About the role of Senior Site Manager This opportunity as a senior site manager with a renowned regional Tier 2 main contractor which are a currently the market leading contractor for this region. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality. Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager Substructures through to interior fit out to handover Responsible for managing a full site team Chairing subcontractor meetings Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set. Requirements for Senior Site Manager. Proven Track record as a site manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on high rise Reinforced concrete student accommodation or apartment developments. Experience Working with regional & tier 1 contractors Trade background or Degree BSC construction management. CSCS Black NVQ level 6 Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.
