You will be responsible for leading the company's annual year-end reward cycle and advising internal stakeholders on all updates relating to the project.

Our client is London-based but incredibly flexible when it comes to office attendance, likely offering the ability to be in as little as 2-3 times per month.
Key responsibilities will include
Mapping the existing assurance process across multiple different business areas, with a focus on first and second line support.
This role is an essential part of the Technical Operations Team, and the purpose of the role is to complete and support the risk capture and endorsement processing, ensuring the accurate and timely capture of appropriate data.
Initial 6 month FTC (£50-60,000) or day rate (£300-500 p/d inside IR35)
