Summary of Job
To co-ordinate, maintain and have responsibility for the administration of the Authority's Pension Scheme, providing a full range of pension benefits to the Authority's employees and their dependants, as well as those employees of other organisations who participate in the Council's Pension Scheme.
Lead, manage and develop the Pensions Team in order to provide an excellent service to the Council delivering a customer-focused and cost-effective.
An established and dynamic firm of Chartered Accountants, is looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join their team on a 6 months full-time contract.
Aims and objectives of the job
Assisting with the organising and logging tracking of company data and actions taken progress status.
Assisting with data audit of current and archived client records (both digital and hard copy).
The purpose of this role is to process and control accounting transactions relating to our clients' insurance policies.
This role is instrumental in protecting our clients' money under the CASS 5 rules whilst providing an efficient and compliant service to our stakeholders.
This role profile is applicable to business areas such as Cash allocation, Bank reconciliation, Insurer & Bordereaux Reconciliation, Client, Insurer & Introducer Payments, Client & Insurer Money Calculations and Credit Control.
We are working with a wonderful charity in Bradford who are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their busy team, initially on a 4-month FTC.
Playing a critical role within the team, the Senior Administrator with support all departments with all administrative based tasks.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet the requirements of the business.
